Return policy

Received a faulty item? Return it. 

– Do not worry, your items are covered by insurance we would refund your money ASAP. Just send back the item to us. Please take pictures of faulty item/ damage during delivery & write to our customer care -ccibz@ibazaronline.xyz. Without proof of damaged item or non functional item we can’t refund or claim insurance. We would do our best to as quickly refund you back to your original payment mode.
Please do not return any item without our team confirming & giving you return address. Please do not use our office address to send back any percel.

Need to return something? How to Return Orders – DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing Returns.
We will provide the correct address for your return when we provide your RA#.
Your order or invoice number is required.
Returns are accepted 15-30 days from purchase date ( depending on merchandise )
Packages that are returned unauthorized will be refused.

Return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
A 20% restocking fee is charged.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from purchase date.
Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise.
Pack your shipments well, merchandise damaged from inadequate packaging is non-refundable.
Shipping is non-refundable.
Actual product color may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers.
Refunds are not honored on slight color variations.

Address Changes, Order Changes, Order Cancellations & Non-Deliverable Orders

In order to provide excellent service and speedy order processing we cannot accept order changes or cancellations.
Once you submit your purchase you will be unable to change quantities, add, or remove items from your order.
Please be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.

If an error has occurred in your address and you notify us immediately we will make every attempt to assist in correcting the error.

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.

UK & USA Returns Address

– Please  communicate with us before sending back any return. We would email you confirmation to ship back & your return address depending on your nearest location.

Rest of World Returns / Return Address

– Low value international orders are liable not to be returned unless they are delivered damaged/ not working as described.

– Higher value items which are covered under warranty can be returned at buyer expense to exchange for a new item.

– Please  communicate with us before sending back any return. We would email you confirmation to ship back & your return address depending on your nearest location.

–    Item must be returned in original unused condition within 14 days from the day you’ve received your order, transit times are not included within this time

–    A refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return. If you wish to receive a different size colour etc, you’ll need to place a new order via the website. Please check the items details carefully before ordering. We may deduct restocking fees of 10% in such careless order placements.

–    Item must be unworn & unused (no distinct marks, blemishes, signs of use etc.) Any items found to be in poor or broken condition will be returned back to you. We do through quality checking before sending out any shipments.

– If you wish to return any item, please do not remove the original wrapping/seal packaging, or disassemble the product – no exceptions.

–   All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken

–   For single item orders that are returned, we will refund the total value of the order, we may apply 10% restocking fee for careless wishful returns – your returns cost is non-refundable it is bourne by you.

–   For multiple item orders, we will only refund the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs.

–   If multiple item orders are returned in their entirety, we will refund the total value, including your original shipping cost – your returns cost is non-refundable

–   Orders placed separately (unique reference numbers), must be returned separately. Combining orders being returned in one package will significantly slow down refund processing speed.

– Before returning any item please email us with order id & let us help you go through the return process. It is manual process & may take 1-3 days to process. Please do not ship back to us without our written confirmation.

–  Please keep a copy of any postage receipts and necessary tracking information as proof of returns. We only accept returns with tracking. Please do not use non-trackagble postal services.No exceptions to this rule.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
